EDWC – Economic Development Washington County  Offers grants, loans and other programs to assist businesses located in Washington County, Wisconsin.

First American Capital Corporation – FACC is the business financing arm of the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin.

Greater Wisconsin Fund – Impact Seven, Inc. – A group of revolving loan funds assembled by Impact Seven from public and private sources, the fund is designed to assist new and expanding companies located in Wisconsin, especially high-tech firms.

Hmong Chamber of Commerce – Provides loans for the Hmong and Southeast Asian business community.

IFF – Provides flexible, affordable financing to nonprofits for real estate acquisition, facility renovations, construction projects, equipment and vehicle purchases, facility repair and maintenance and energy efficiency upgrades.

Kenosha Area Business Alliance – Provides low-cost financing options to companies creating jobs in Kenosha County.

Milwaukee Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) – Provides financing to Wisconsin start-ups and early-stage businesses through its Capital Access and Venture Debt programs.

Milwaukee County Revolving Loan Program – Provides financing to DBE certified businesses working on Milwaukee County contracts.

Minority Loan Guaranty/Participation Program – Business Consortium Fund, Inc. – Loan program that enables eligible minority-owned firms to obtain financing when funds are not available through conventional channels on reasonable terms.

Ozaukee Economic Development Corporation – Assists startups with their loan applications to any of the six revolving loan funds that work with Ozaukee County businesses, including revolving loan funds administered by Ozaukee County, the City of Cedarburg, the Village of Grafton, the City of Mequon, the City of Port Washington and the Village of Saukville.

Racine County Economic Development Corp.  – Partners with financial institutions within Racine County and throughout Wisconsin to offer financing through  the SBA 504 loan program.

U.S. Department of Agriculture Business and Industry Guaranteed Loans – Guarantees loans made to businesses that save or create jobs in rural areas.  

U.S. Small Business Administration – The SBA operates several popular, guaranteed loan programs for small businesses including the 7(a), 504 and microloan programs.

Walworth County Economic Development Alliance, Inc. – Website includes links to loan funds that make capital available to Walworth County businesses.

Waukesha County Economic Development Corporation – Provides access to capital for Waukesha County businesses through the County’s Revolving Loan Fund.

Wauwatosa, Wisconsin Revolving Loan Fund – New and existing businesses located in Wauwatosa may be eligible for loans up to $100,000 through the Wauwatosa Revolving Loan Fund.

West Allis, Wisconsin  – Economic Development Loans – For this business loan prorgram, the City of West Allis uses federal funds to create job opportunities for low-to-moderate income workers. Borrower must guarantee that he/she will create one new job for every $10,000 the City lends.

Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority – Guarantees loans made by commercial lenders to Wisconsin business borrowers, allowing borrowers to obtain more favorable financing terms.

Wisconsin Business Development Finance Corporation – Non-profit corporation created to help Wisconsin businesses gain access to capital.

Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation – Provides loans to Wisconsin companies.

Wisconsin Women’s Business Initiative Corporation – Provides business education and financing to Wisconsin startups.
